Taoyuan’s annual visual spectacle, the 2026 Taoyuan Lantern Festival – “Pegasus Illuminates Taoyuan,” will shine brightly from February 25 to March 8.
Spanning 12 days, the festival will take place across three major venues—Hutoushan Innovation Hub, Nankan Creek Riverbank, and Sanmin Sports Park—each transformed into a distinct themed experience:

- The Forest’s Living Cadence
- dtto friends Amusement Park
This year’s festival features Taiwan’s first-ever mechanical kinetic Pegasus main lantern, combining large-scale metal artistry with dynamic motion technology. In addition, visitors can enjoy amusement park–level parade performances and cutting-edge interactive installations, creating an immersive celebration of light, innovation, and festive spirit.
