The Dayu Branch of the First Battalion, Taoyuan City Fire Department, held the “2026 (Year 115) Taoyuan Lantern Festival Rescue Drill” on the morning of February 9th at the Hutoushan Innovation Park in Taoyuan District.
Given the massive crowds expected at the Lantern Festival, the team also conducted a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) drill simultaneously. Through these real-force simulations, the department modeled potential emergency scenarios that could occur during the festival to ensure the safety of all visitors.
